Hello. My name is Satsuki Sone. I would like to post about the Canterbury Tales Movies. I knew the author and the title of this story when I was high school student, but I did not know detail of this story until we learn about it in class. Canterbury Tales was written in Middle English, and the author is Geoffrey Chaucer who was born in London. He wrote this story without using French which was the word of Norman aristocrat who was ruler in England at that time. This story is composed of 24 stories which were written by the Canterbury pilgrims. The movie tells us the detail of the Canterbury Tales. We can learn the first visited place of the journey and so on through this movie. If we do not know anything about this story, we are able to understand the outline to listen the music. Thank you.
