Shakespeare

Hello. My name is Mao Shimizu. I would like to post about one of the Shakespeare's works, Romeo and Juliet. I was absent from this class, William Shakespeare, so I studied it at home. Shakespeare wrote 38 plays and 154 sonnets. He is known as the best writer of English literature. Shakespeare has 3 genres, comedy, history and tragedy. I have known that “Romeo and Juliet” is a tragic story, but the best of 4 tragedy works are Hamlet, Macbeth, Othello and King Lear. I didn't know that, but I am sure that many people in all over the world have been moved by Romeo and Juliet story. My posted video includes a famous scene at the balcony. Last year, I saw this scene in the English and American literature history class and was impressed by it. This is great, so please check it!
