Hello everyone. My name is Miharu Ichimura. I would like to post about Gulliver's Travels. I had never read the story even in Japanese. So it is for the first time to read. I really enjoy the story because all Gulliver’s travels are so strange and not natural. I became a college student; I became read a lot of books. However I didn’t read like this story for a long time. Some people may be thinking this is just for children’s story but I think it is not because most of people know and there are some movies of this. Gulliver’s Story was loved for people for a long time.
When I went to other countries, sometimes I surprised about difference of culture. I afraid and I couldn’t communicate with people soon like Gulliver. But when I read the story, I get courage and I thought I want to experience again like that.
Also this story has in small world and big world. I think it is good point to think about both type of position so we can image all character’s feeling of this story. This story give us a lot of things. I want to read a Voyage to Laputa too.
